The scope of works comprised the refurbishment of the Lower House Chamber, including comprehensive upgrades to finishes, services, and fittings, as well as the refurbishment of the Public Viewing Gallery to enhance functionality, accessibility, and overall user experience. Works also included associated demolition, structural modifications where required, integration of new building services, joinery upgrades, and coordination to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations within the facility.
