Kematch were engaged directly by owners of this heritage listed theatre building in castlemaine to undertake restoration works at entry and installation of structural steel to strengthen the building facade. Kematch planned most disruptive works and condensed it in short duration of time to cause minimum disruption to the tenant’s business.
KEY CHALLANGES
Most works occurred along the facade which required closing the footpath and pedestrian management on a busy street. Kematch worked closely with Mount Alexander Council to manage the process.
