This project involves extension of existing pub building to house new commercial kitchen with two Storeys of dining spaces with roof top. Kematch assisted with design development and budgeting in the capacity of lead coordinating consultant through early contractor involvement (ECI).

Key challenges include working with heritage facade of existing building, tight access and working on smaller site while keeping existing pub operations unrestricted.
