With over 80 years combined commercial building experience in local government, heritage, health, and educational sectors, the Kematch team is comprised of dedicated personnel including Directors, Project Manager and Trade Sub contractors.
Kematch is at the very beginning in its journey with new structure and ownership however, the experience of its personnel is as extensive as it is profound. Take a look at some of several such projects completed.
Kematch is committed to take all practicable action to ensure that all employees are provided with a safe and healthy place in which to work and to maintain standards throughout its operations.
The management systems for all Kematch’ projects will be undertaken from our established Management System which is documented to produce our manuals, plans, procedures, and checklists. A Project Management Plan (PMP) has been developed as a proforma and is implemented specific to each project.
