This project was conversion of existing offices into a studio apartment with New York loft style fit and finishes. The entire place was designed around clients artwork to ensure each art piece was highlighted and apropriately fit the space.
KEY CHALLANGES
The most challenging aspect of the project was to construct from clients vision as drawings were not developed to include all design and material choices. Aditionally the only access to site was from a relatively narrow single staircase posing a challenge for the size and amount of construction materials.
